Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your course. If something is wrong, contact us at admin@bioconserve.org and tell us what happened.

Courses

Access starts immediately. Before paying you confirm that you want this and that, for EU consumers, the 14-day withdrawal right ends once you access the course. We consider refund requests individually, for example if you bought the wrong product or could not use the course for technical reasons. A refund ends access to what it covered.

Coaching

Coaching subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your coaching page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

Certificates

A refunded purchase cannot lead to a certificate.
