BioConserve Academy is operated by Bioconserve Environmental Consultants (“BioConserve”), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or buying a course you accept these terms.
Your account
Accounts are personal. Do not share your sign-in or course materials. Downloads may carry your name and email.
Access
Courses bought from 2026 include access for the period shown at purchase (9 months unless stated otherwise), which you can extend. Students who bought lifetime access on the previous platform keep it.
Assessments and certificates
Certificates are issued when a product's requirements are met and can be verified publicly by their number. BioConserve may revoke a certificate obtained through misconduct; the verification page then shows it as revoked.
Content
Course content is © BioConserve. You may use what you learn in your own work, including identifications you make yourself. Recordings you submit remain yours.
Payments, withdrawal and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Access starts immediately after purchase; for EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you access the course, which you confirm before paying. See the refund policy.
